Great first impressions. Reception staff kind, friendly, and swift to attend to appointment needs. Thanks to the nurse who delayed going off to lunch to be available for consult. Medical officer no nonsense, able to provide clear advice, and plan of management.

Dr Karim is a fantastic doctor and the reception and nursing staff are very accommodating, fitting in my daughter when I had only an appointment for my son but they could see she needed help .. great doctors!

Dr. Tahir Mir was recommended to me by a friend. Took several weeks to get appointment but was worth the wait. He is a caring and compassionate doctor who covers all the bases. A lovely manner and way of communicating. Receptionists are also friendly and switched on. Thank you UCMC.

Excellent service, very friendly, love my doctor, he gets straight to the point of my ailments and works very quickly, even though I’ve moved to the other side of the coast, I still go to the same practise for this reason
